Set above a palm-fringed beach near Dickwella on Sri Lanka’s spectacular south coast, ÀNI Sri Lanka is an all-inclusive private resort created exclusively for one group of guests at a time. Surrounded by tropical greenery and overlooking the Indian Ocean, the five-acre estate offers complete privacy for families, groups of friends, milestone celebrations, and multi-generational escapes.

The resort accommodates 6 to 30 guests across 15 suites, arranged around two Tropical Modernism-inspired Living Salas: Villa Monara and Villa Divia. Each has expansive indoor and outdoor living and dining spaces overlooking its own infinity pool, while a dedicated team of approximately 30 staff curates every detail of the stay.

Split-Level Suite

65 sqm

Utterly private spaces featuring hand carved antiques, compelling black and white photography, and subtly textured soft furnishings, the eight Split-Level Suites each claim 700 sq.ft (65 sq.m), with four offering their own private plunge pools. A double daybed on the large private terrace beckons with mesmerizing ocean or peaceful garden views, while internal spaces are also arranged to embrace each suite’s serene outlook. Set on a slightly higher level, the spacious bathrooms include striking circular bathtubs, rain showers and twin vanities.

CLASSIC SUITE

62 sqm

With three of the four Classic Suites featuring their own private plunge pools, these elegant 670 sq.ft (62 sq.m) abodes enable effortless tropical living. Claiming magnificent ocean or tranquil garden views, each opens onto an expansive private terrace with twin daybeds, while inside curvilinear wood and brass rod Lanka chairs are offset by crisp white linen and cozy details, ensuring the perfect retreat for private time out. Sharing a roofline, two Classic Suites can be interconnected, while the other two can be paired with two of the Family Suites.

FAMILY SUITE

Ideal for younger family members, the three Family Suites are positioned slightly back from the coastline and its fringe of palm trees, each offering an abundance of space and a private garden courtyard for quiet time out. The proximity of two Family Suites to two Classic Suites enables interconnected sleeping arrangements for those who require it, with twin beds or a king-size bed in the Family Suite. Open plan lounging areas are complemented by ensuite bathrooms with deep soaking tubs and rain showers.
